My high school against homophobia
Yesterday was the ‘Against Homophobia Day ’ at my school. We had planed many activities to celebrate this day. We also made the big banner that you can see in the top pictures with the hands of all students, teachers and other people at school that support our cause. A lot of people were enthusiastic about it and it was really awesome to see how many people were with us. Still, there were homophobes. Some people tore our posters, some others insulted us and some even threatened us to burn down the banner. I don’t understand why people acted like that, I don’t get it, but I hope that someday, the world will see gay people as we do: people.
